Application Protocol
Apply MELINE 01 DARK CIRCLES Step 1 solution, on the periorbital area with a cotton swab. Apply 2 layers and leave it to dry. Apply 2 layers of MELINE 01 DARK CIRCLES Step 2 solution and leave it to dry.
